Maxxeon charges a single S&H fee per order of $10.99 to USA, $29.99 to Canada and $109.99 to International destinations. Most USA orders ship via USPS Priority Post with 3-5 day service. Most Canadian orders ship via USPS Priority Post or First Class Parcel with 2 week service. Most International orders ship via USPS International Priority Post with 1-4 week service. However, sometimes we also use FedEx and UPS. A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have completed your order. Tracking numbers will be sent upon request.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the item ships. All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE WHEN RECEIVED
If the purchased item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in shipping please send an email immediately to the address below with the invoice number and your contact information, and you will be notified regarding the replacement procedure.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
If you are not completely satisfied with the product it may be returned for refund within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be sent pre-paid to the address below, and must be undamaged and in the original undamaged package. Please include the original invoice and your email address and telephone number. Returned items will be inspected, and if accepted, a refund of the product cost minus a 20% re-stocking charge, will be applied to your credit card. Customers assume full responsibility for return shipping.
Our products have a one year warranty against manufacturing defects (not including alkaline batteries). If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period please send an email to the address below with your contact information and the purchase date and you will be notified regarding the return procedure. The product will be repaired or replaced for free provided it has not been subjected to excessive abuse. Do not return accessories like power supplies or belt clips with the product.
Maxxeon Inc. will repair products at cost after the one year warranty period has expired. Please send an email to the address below with details and photo if necessary, to obtain a repair estimate. Note that you may purchase some replacement parts directly from Maxxeon Inc. Do not return accessories like power supplies or belt clips with the product.
